I am ecstatic for Sony Pictures new animated film not only because its well animated, but with the whole vampire craze we get a film we all might enjoy watching!!! bonus Adam Sandler is plays the adorable papa vampire!

Sunday Morning self....

 staring at a black screen and seeing my reflection..I tried to manipulate a little and do a  few self portraits..the first I think since...'05. I think a new project will be a self-portrait. I mean, to know my drawings I guess I need to know myself first.The top full on one is kinda scary all skeleton looking because I got a little too into the darkening with the hair strands..I do like the one where my hair is off to one side and hand on forehead...

Disney has just released some concept art on an up-coming film Paperman! I am just soooo jealous of all the talent out there..and also..did anyone think the male looks a lot like The Office's Jim Halpert. EYE CANDY for sure!

How To Train Your Dragon LIVE!!!!

I am sorry...WHAT?!?!?! Yes..Dreamworks is actually bringing their movie How To Train Your Dragon to life...to an arena near you. I can't tell you how stoked I am about this! I tuned into a little youtubing on it and these things are beautiful! Its absolutely amazing! Start your training...

The first of many

First of many to come from the Bamboo Wacom Capture Tablet. I got to say I am rather pleased with it, for the first few hours I got to spend time navigating and trying to get a feel for using the pen and not a mouse. I have to say I am reallye excited for the things to come, using this. It really amazes me how people can create such beautiful things using this! :P

So my Wacom Tablet is coming today, I am already so eager to start grilling on this bad boy. I have been tracking it every few minutes and counting down the hours on the clock till I get to go home. (a little dramatic? Kinda.)

I will also be getting with a friend who teaches classes at the community college for Graphic/Art and start getting some pointers on prepping a portfolio.

So till then hopefully I will really start to post some things!

Wacom Bamboo Capture

This bad boy is on its way!!! I am excited and nervous..I got the capture, instead of the create, because I am basically a beginner. So we shall see how I get accustom to it! I am definitely excited to just get on the ball with all thsi art stuff..woo!
